Went here last Saturday for work Christmas party. Ordered Chicken waffle, waffle, cheddar and bacon mixed does not go well together. Waffle was soggy, didn't finish as well as other person who ordered it. Wife ordered Beef wellington, not a lot of beef in it as well as not being hot, just warm. Waitress was not attentive for this caliber of Restaurant. Appetizers were good but not great. Deserts where ok. Apple crisp very little crisp, should be called apple Sunday not apple crisp. Chocolate chip cookies where so hard the guy had to lean into them to press them down, bad sign. Very hard and dry because they where allowed to dry out to much, not fresh batter. All six people where first time coming there. I emailed the restaurant directly hoping to get a response before leaving a review. Unfortunate they didn't respond to me.

Food was amazing. I was going to order a drink and dessert until I saw the bartenders handle the trash and didn't wash their hands then proceeded to make more drinks. I lost my appetite. 😔

You know it's fancy if they spell "bleu" in French. Forreal, yummy and creative food. Excellent service too.
