Bleu Blanc is on the first floor. To have a canal view, then you have to sit at the smoking area in the balcony side. The smoking area is like a lounge overseeing Basta Restaurant and the canal. It is mostly beautiful during night time where the music is playing and the water is beautiful. I hope you would enjoy it, as it is one of my best places in Dubai to relax in
