Blazing Onion Burger Company

Wow. I really couldn't be happier with this place. I ordered takeout and they were friendly over the phone and friendly in the store. The Bacon Blue Burger and The California Bacon Burger were both absolutely stellar. Cooked excellently and arranged beautifully. The mozzarella wedges were fantastic, literally better than any mozzarella sticks I've ever tried (and after working pizza for ten years I know my mozzarella). Garlic fries were really good and the regular fries were better than anywhere around. Kids chicken strip meal was thoroughly enjoyed by my son. It's fairly spendy but when compared to Red Robin it's a no brainer. Much better value and WAY better food. I don't think shake N go, five guys, Red Robin or Applebee's will ever receive another dollar from me while this place is open. I wish I could go back in time and replace every burger I've ever eaten with the one I had today. The burger.. it is so much more than just a burger. That first bite.. oh, what heaven that first bite is. The bun like the golden brown breast of an angel, resting gently on the aioli and blue cheese below, flavors mingling in a seductive pas de deux. And then, the bacon, the most playful strips of bacon. Then a slice of tomato, a leaf of lettuce, and a.. a patty of ground beef so exquisite, swirling in your mouth, breaking apart, and combining again in a fugue of sweets and savor so delightful. This is no mere sandwich of meat and toasted bread. This is God, speaking to us in food.

Burgers and fries are delicious. Blazing does an excellent job with custom orders and requests. The regular fries are good, but I really love their sweet potato fries. The restaurant has a fun ambience and they do an excellent job keeping the dining area clean.

I left off a star because the burger was overdone I ordered it medium it wasn’t —- BUTTTT… I ordered the blazing burger wit sautéed 🧅—-aghhem… the garlic fries were on pop off right?!… the joices were a dribblin’ and I enjoyed myself I was having a great day! 🙏🏾
