Blaze Pizza

First time. Was impressed with the speed of service. Pizza was pretty good although the Italian sausage tasted and little off and the artichoke pieces were leafy and chewy. The best part of the visit for me was the blood orange lemonade. They should bottle that stuff and sell it in the stores. I might go by there from time to time just for that damn lemonade(read the sign. Lemonade. Delicious.)

Love the pizza! Love the build your own option! The customer service the last I went wasn't up to par and it wasn't even a busy night. Idk if the employees are upset about working on a Friday night but they were real short with us. They used to ask if we'd like anything drizzled on top this time they rushed to cut it which the pieces weren't cut all the way through. I barely got a chance to ask for some ranch drizzled and when I asked he sighed and gave me attitude.

Probably one of the worst pizzas I have had since college which was twenty years ago. The people that work here also have zero personality like come on folks the people that are buying your product are your customers. My friend and I both got the chicken pizza with arugula that come with Pesto sauce. We sat outside because it was a super hot day and everyone was enjoying the air conditioning. They have speakers outside but we had to go in to find out our pizza was already done. The pies were supposed to have pesto sauce but there was so little you could barely taste it. Each of our pies only had maybe four pieces of chicken when the pictures showed at least 20. The arugula was dumped in the middle. Both our pizzas were soggy on the bottom. Honestly a two dollar Tony's pizza is better than this place. Stay away and get a real pizza at Del's in fair oaks or Via Roma in Rocklin!

This place is great! staff is always friendly and food is always fresh. I love the concept of making your own pizza and it only takes a few minutes to cook.

Very easy experience. I ordered online, choosing my pizza and toppings. I had the option to set a time in the future - which is nice - but I went with "asap" and was notified I could get it in 22 minutes. Drove there and the pizza was waiting for me.Nice chewy crust, great toppings too. The artichokes were sizable chunks of artichoke heart.

Love this place. I'm the type of guy who loads practically all the toppings. They don't have any problem loading me up. Friendly service, quick, and delicious. 4-starts because they were out of chicken when I brought my grandpa in who doesn't eat pork. Otherwise its a nice facility and they even used my expired coupon without any hassle (that always scores points in my book).

These guys have all the best options for allergies. There gluten free options.

You can make your own pizza, unlimited toppings for a reasonable price. It's a place I usually go for good lunch.

Pizza was delicious. I chose one that had a base of white garlic sauce, bacon, garlic, arugula, and balsamic sauce. I added mushrooms, red onions, chicken, ham and ricotta and it came at zero cost. You can anything to your pizza and they don't add any cost to it. I found that very refreshing as opposed to the traditional pizza places that usually add for the cost of additional toppings. Don't worry about the size of the pizza as I found that one of them was enough to fill me up. They are pretty much in between a small and medium pizza. The staff was very friendly and were very knowledgeable of the menu. My girlfriend can't have gluten, so she had their gluten free crust. Honestly I can't tell the difference between the gluten free crust and the regular crust. It wasn't doughy or bland. It was crispy and tasted the same as my regular crust. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Simply delicious pizza and the garlic knots? OMG! I ordered the 2 for $10 online pepperoni pizza special, garlic knots and a San Pelligrino drink. Let's just say I was not dissapointed. Everything was fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly. Door dash delivery was fast and reasonable, I will definitely order again in the future.

Blaze in Gold River is always good. The owner or manager always seems to be there which seems to keep standards high. Great job!
