Blaze fast fired

Initially I was going to give this place 2 stars soley because I told the guy that it was my first time there and that I was vegan. I asked if the cauliflower crust was vegan he said it was.Nor did he explain the build your own pizza. I bought 2 vegan cheese pizzas.. Fyi the cauliflower crust is NOT vegan. I ended up meeting someone for lunch and they coincidentally wanted Blaze. I gave it another try and Im glad I did. Erica recommended the build your own and replaced my pizza and Sweet Tay made an awesome replacement and gave me the correct vegan friendly original crust.

Personally love blaze!!! I love how everything is so fresh!!! Dough is made every morning or overnight ready for the day!!! You can always taste the freshness! And a variety of options and preferences for everyone!!! really well priced for the service and freshness of everything! You can imagine i always leave a tip. Such a great place 10/10 recommend!

Quick, friendly staff and delicious options. They were kind to explain the process to us first timers and the line moved quickly. Pizza was great!

Very fast! Pizza was good to be gluten free but they overcooked mine a bit. I would go back but would not make a special trip just to eat there. Parking was a nightmare!

Pizza quality is lesser than that of most frozen pizzas from Teeter. Oh an Teeter is cheaper. Got two stars because they get it to you quickly. Do yourself a favor and skip over this place.

Ordered a large loaded pie 3/27 via Postmates. It was burnt ... not edible. I sent pics, tried to call them, no response! That’ll be the last time I or any of my friends or coworkers order from them!

We usually get Zablong which is delicious, but heard good things about Blaze and thought since we we close by, let's go. Great decision... The pizza was delicious, we both got the thin crust option. I got various topping with meat, veggies, olive oil and the cream daisy, which I highly recommend. It was made fresh in front of us and everyone was friendly, only took about 3 or 4 minutes to bake and we were eating! I got a blood orange soda there that was the best soda I have ever had. Get it if you can.

The number of topping & sauce options is great. I would have preferred my pizza cooked a little longer, but it was delicious. The line at lunch was long, but it moved fast and it didn't take long for the pizza to come out. A couple of people got the s'more pies for dessert and we're a little disappointed. Their blood orange lemonade was a favorite among our group. The staff was very friendly. It's definitely my favorite build your own pizza place that I've been to so far.

Highly recommend Blaze. The pizza is great, but the dough knots are my favorite. They're just pesto and cheese in dough, and it's some of the best pesto I've had. Highly recommend the pesto drizzle on any pizza as well. Variety of ingredients and speed to get your food are both fantastic. Thave good vegan and gluten free options if you want them too. My only complaint is their delivery, it uses an outside service and I don't think drivers will get their tips. Make sure to use cash to tip

Consistently good... Not the best pizza in Charlotte, but light-years better than the big chains and with so many options it's hard to beat for the price and convenience. Get the app and order ahead during busy times unless you want to wait in line.
