Order was totally wrong. Disappointed. We don't get Blake's unless we are traveling through the area.

Horrible place to order food. Waited 25 mins after being told our food would take 10-15 minutes. Then I drive 15 minutes home and the order is WRONG!! I'm sure many can understand that having a 1 year and 3 year old is not the easiest in a vehicle. So I don't head back right away, maybe 30 minutes after. I get 1 refund and ask for a refund for both burritos. I am denied because I only have 1 with me. So I ask what I'm suppose to do drive to my husbands work and waste another 30 minutes for their mess up in the first place. A total of 2 hours and they say they cannot do "nothing." That they won't even budge for the inconvenience, accomodate for the mistakes and ask if I was satisfied with it. Wow, the shift manager Natalie is awesome 👎. Waiting for a call back from the district and corporate management. They have me information to someone that is "unavailable."

I am changing my review from five stars to two. Because when I placed an order over the phone, the lady who took my order was not friendly at all. Then when I picked up my order it was a completely different order or I was given someone else's with my receipt on the bag. After having to drive back to the restaurant and getting my order remade, one of the breakfast burritos had just one bacon bit in it. This location used to have the friendliest staff and best food but has gone way down. I'm not sure if we'll keep ordering here, we may switch locations.
