Great burger but expensive ($10 for burger+chips) and not quick (because it's very good quality & fresh)Counter service with some seating area, but more of a carryout lunch. They say they're open for lunch "most days from 11 to 2ish"more of a catering business

Blackdog Cafe is amazing and that's an understatement. The portion size food and quality is superb every time I go there, and I got at minimum three times a week. Ms. Teresa and Ms. Ashley and the crew make it a point to acknowledge and know the customers. When I call, they already know it's me. Whether you work/live close/far to this place, I highly recommend! I take my coworkers here from out of town when we need to eat something great and short on time. Anyone who posts 1-2 stars must have had a bad day at life, jk. Overall, great place and one of a kind food spot!

I've been here several times and every time the staff is so pleasant. I like that they have a grab and go fridge at the front if you wanted to just pick up a fresh salad. Pricing is surprisingly low for the portion sizes. The portions at times are enough to feed two people. What even better, is that the food was delicious. This is definitely a regular stop for me.

Very good food, at an OK price. They do give you a good amount. I will go back on a semi-regular basis. Recommend the BBQ sandwich.

The best food In Norfolk! The prices are a little high but is immediately offset when you see your food. The portions are huge

The tomato soup is out of this world. So much flavor! Paired it with their grilled cheese which, was absolutely delectable!!! Found this place on a whim and so glad I did! I will absolutely be back...SOON!
