This is the best place I've eaten on psu. By far. The owner(?) provided the friendliest and quickest service, not to mention offered stelar vegan options, on a simple menu which makes deciding easy peasy. Intoxicating smells make waiting enjoyable and a literally sparkling clean interior make this one of, if not the best food cart I've been to in portland.

Amazing, unique food from a brand new cart. The chef was incredibly friendly.I got the Lil' Kev, a half portion dish and it was still a huge amount of food, on par or more than any of the carts next door. Next time I'm downtown I will definitely be visiting again.
