I don’t understand why this place has such good reviews. The bagels are really dense and just very mediocre. I am disappointed if we have these bagels in meetings instead of Bagelsaurus bagels.

The staff here is amazing! The vibes are incredible and welcoming. I was delighted by the atmosphere. I've been a few times at odd hours but stopping here on my commute this Friday, there was no line and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. I got the mocha with oat milk and it was very sweet, almost like a hot chocolate, I had to smell it to check if there was coffee in it. I got the avocado toast on a bagel. It's a little hot with the chili on it, and I have NO IDEA how to eat it without loosing half of it. The flavor is good and the sprouts really compliment it, but I took one bite and half the toppings fell on the ground as I tried to bite through the bagel, is there a trick? I'd prefer this on toast!

Very friendly counter staff and the bagels are a great value and very well constructed. Strawberry with muesli bagel with a delicious surprise, and the bagel with avocado and lox was a generous portion.

Good choice for breakfast. The bagel is good and has many choice. The coffee here is so normal.

Black Sheep the best cafe/sandwich shop in Harvard Square. The food and coffee are great, but it’s the atmosphere that sets it apart. No where else hits quite this balance of open and cozy, original and familiar. The owner makes a point of getting to know your name, which just makes it feel more like home.
