Black Point

This place was beyond words really but I will try my best. We made our reservation with OpenTable and asked to be in a well lit area. They of course came through on that and added a candle to help a little bit more. Our waitress Claire went above and beyond on all fronts, even joking with us as we joke with her. The food itself was superb. It was all cooked exactly as we asked and the portions are will worth the price. I have every intention of returning to this place many times and hopefully having the same waitress as she did such a great job.

We eat out three to four times a week and had never been to Black Point. We are glad we went and will definitely return. It was a perfect evening so we chose the patio. It was quite delightful except for the few passing motorists with their “look at me!” Radios and exhaust. The service was outstanding. John did a great job answering menu and wine questions. We started with a shrimp cocktail and the shrimp were large and tasty. All of our entrees: filet, strip & grouper were prepared perfectly. We were not rushed. The food, atmosphere and service combined for a terrific evening.
