Used to love coming here and the food / beer selection are really good. However, quality of service has been on a sharp decline with periods of over 30 minutes without seeing our server. Need better service to justify price point and expect return customers

German beer and food. I went during the afternoon so it wasn't too busy on a Saturday but probably busy during the night. Love the apple strudel.

I was surprised how much I liked this place. Get for a simple bite to eat. Food is right portion and interesting story told by owners from Germany. Great for families as well.

I frequent this superb restaurant from time to time because I enjoy the good air that is part of this place. The team is very loyal and skilfull. The service is extraordinarily rapid. Needless to say, the food they cook is outstanding. I came often and I was never disappointed. The expense is decent. I highly suggest this restaurant to to all.

Modern German restaurant in Brooklyn. It's very spacious and a lot of sunlight. Lunch Special is a good deal. Washed up brick wall is a nice touch. Makes you feel like you are in Pittsburgh or Cuba. The staff is very friendly. It gets mobbed whenever they show important soccer games. My favorite is their dark lager...

I sent my friends to this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is delicious and the crew is attentive and cooperative. Whenever we eat in this place we pass a gorgeous evening. warmly recommended.

Very nice place to meet with and converse with friends. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff are very attentive. The food is good; also enjoyed the pretzels.

Love this place! Best German food with a perfect mix of Brooklyn and authentic German flair. The beers are fantastic. Perfect for large groups, birthday parties (of any age), and midday drinks. I saw a few people with laptops drinking coffee and beer - definitely want to try that out next!

In an excellent location and very accessible. Very nice ambience! Loved the food I ordered. Their pretzels are very good. Definitely is a place I would go again and recommend giving a try.

This place obviously knows how to treat their customers. Consistently with a very welcoming mindset. The food is conveniently priced, regularly yummy and neat.

Sat at the bar. Drinks were ok. Appetizers were decent, if you like German food. Nothing about this place stood out to me.

We loved this place. The cabbage was AMAZING, the schnitzel is, IMO, the main to get. The flatbreads (pizzas) are much better than you might expect - they were great! They make a great starter for the table. If your server gives you advice: take it! Great beer list (including Goethe’s favorite!) and a v small but decent wine list.

Nice bar, good atmosphere. Casual design, comfortable feel. Good German-style food, love the cheese sausage.
