How can this oasis of great of BBQ and friendly bar exist so far outside of Stowe? Who knows and who cares. What a jewel.

Woohoo! You don't have to wait until Sunday to have Black Diamond BBQ anymore! Love the laid back atmosphere and the friendly service. Enjoyed a wonderful session beer from Ten Bends and brisket on my last visit. Already thinking about my next visit.

Black diamond BBQ has great food and always great service. It’s a great place to try their specials because they are always unique and tasty. They always have a great beer list with local favorite too.

Amazing food

I can't give 5, yet, because I haven't tried the food, except for handmade French fries that were not available on the menu but were amazing.It was the service that was welcoming and attentive in a way that made our visit, without food, so nice. Very cool place worth the trip off the main road. I'll be back for the BBQ.

Great food, incredible beers, and cozy space with a great front porch in the warm months. Just about all the beers are local. All the BBQ is cooked excellently, and several different meat (and non-meat) options. For the prices, however, it feels the portion sizes could be a little larger as I was still a bit hungry at the end. Conversely, it tricked me into ordering a dessert, which was nearly as big as my entree! Great spot overall.

Food, local craft beer selection, and service was great. Only issue was for the price I feel serving size should have been bigger Will definitely visit again.

Solid barbecue turkey, brisket, and pork on the platter. Wishing I'd gotten the the St Louis ribs to try too but the platter was a ton of food. Smoked wings were really good, probably my favorite meat thing I ate. Sauce was more tomatoey than I like, but still good. Sides were pretty good too, though Mac and cheese seemed a bit underseasoned for my taste. We also had the scallops which were fantastic, huge dry U8s and cooked perfectly. The spinach and corn with the scallops was my favorite veg, seasoned perfectly and the fresh snap of the corn giving a nice contrast to the velvety spinach. Overall four stars because the service was excellent and the best we had at any restaurant in the area.

Great local pub atmosphere with inventive drink options. The food was good and portions were generous. If you are in the area it's worth. A stop.

Delicious bbq, and cozy atmosphere and servers were very friendly. Can't wait to come back again!
