Waiter was nice, but service was awful. The kitchen supposedly split our ticket, my food came like 15 minutes before everyone else's. My husband refused his food. They were ,'kind' enough to not charge us for his plate. On the flip side, the food we did get was tasty.

Love this Black bear diner. Food is always amazing and the staff is so accommodating. Worth the drive. I recommend breakfast here, as they get biscuits and gravy! Feels like home cooked meals.

The food was great and my breakfast was free since it was my birthday and I am a member of the club. Can't beat that.

The Huevos Rancheros is pretty bomb! Good variety of other plates. They do have a small selection if beers if you want with dinner. Staff is friendly. Good little place.

The pot roast was okay. It's not as good as my wife's. The mash potatoes and gravy were okay. The vegetables were good. The salad was okay. The cornbread was very good. And, the meatloaf was very good. The soup was good. Also, the waiter was excellent.

This is by far the best black bear diner I have been to. Its amazingly clean. Our server Jesse had just the right amount of energy for the morning and he handled my picky mother perfectly. I was able to turn the Shasta scramble into an omelet and it was DELICIOUS! The fresh squeezed orange juice was smooth and not tart or acidic at all. So good!

We had dinner here the night before our return flight home since we were staying across the street at the Marriott. Although I am a vegetarian, there were dinner options from which I could select. Not many, but some fish options. Selected the blackened salmon. Asked the waitress to omit the seasonal vegetables since I knew I would never be able to eat them. My friend ordered the Huckleberry milkshake and mistakenly ordered the fish and chips. Of course, everything was good but simply too much food for him. Our waitress was lovely, the restaurant was not crowded and the food was quite good. I would definitely eat here again!

Brought my wife for breakfast around 9:30am,we were seated by the window. Ordered Chopped steak and eggs with sauteed mushrooms, red potatoes and orange juice. My wife had the NY steak and eggs. The Cheesy bacon grits comes with the order. Really enjoyed our breakfast especially when the place wasn't that busy. Friendly and courteous staff served us,nice place to eat and chat.

I've eaten at Black Bear Diners all over the West Coast, and this one was spectacular. Andrew, our server, was amazing and attentive. He offered things before being asked and made our experience worth it. 10/10 would return. Thanks Andrew, you deserve a raise.
