Got here right after the opened. I’m gluten free, so was disappointed they not only don’t have a gluten free menu, they really don’t have any gluten free specific items save for a gluten free hamburger bun. I improvised though and got eggs, bacon and had them toast the hamburger bun. It turned out pretty good.

Hey BB! I’m so glad you’re still doing take out orders and are continuing to be open for us! I know you have a limited menu at the moment but I greatly appreciate the family pack meals that you have now! If anyone see’s this just call the store and ask for details, they were so polite with informing me everything!

This is great place to visit if you love bears. The theme of this restaurant is unique and fun. The staff was super cool. The prices were very affordable. The food was hot and fresh and came out fast. Our waiter was attentive and cordial. They serve breakfast all day which is a huge plus. We had dinner here. Only down side is that if you're young the target demographic for anything besides breakfast is older people. Besides that this place is a decent substitute if Cracker Barrel is crowded.

Enjoyable family eating experienceDessert first. Highly recommended Grandma's Famous Blackberries Cobbler. Excellent service. Waitress was fast and friendly. All meat omelette, Rubens sandwich and pasta were good. Yes. The portions were hugh.

Black Bear is what all other restaurants forgot when they decided to get into serving people. The staff is great the food is better and the prices are great! The quality and quantity you get at these locations is the greatest bang for your buck. The kid menus are awesome and the whole place feels like home. Each location including this one truly catches the dream of papa bear(owner).

The food was great and came out in a timely manner. Pancakes were soft and fluffy and tasted great with the syrup. The chicken fried steak was crispy and seasoned well, though the side of hash browns could have used a little seasoning. The club sandwich was also delicious, with bonus points for being an actual grilled chicken breast instead of deli meat. The only small complaint I had was our server who brought out the wrong drink and ticket, as well as rang up the wrong item. She was very nice and may have just been having a bad day.Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu!

I came here on my birthday afternoon. It was a bit crowded, maybe a 15 minute wait. The service was good from all the staff. I ordered eggs, a waffle, ham and hash browns. For some reason the eggs were very tasty and everything was pretty good. I would go again to try something else. It wasn't very crowded, you can purchase bear memorabilia and deserts. It's not very pricey either.

Huge portions. Great service. This was my family's first visit, but definitely not our last.

Tasty food. Wasn't the best Rueben I had, but my wife loved her turkey avocado sandwich. She said it was super tasty. Prices were a bit high, but great customer service.

This place is excellent good food and more then you can eat. See pictures worth a 1000 words. Now I did ask for well done hash browns and my omelet came with a large pancake! It was to die for.

Food was outstanding and the service was great. Valarie waited on us and did a exceptional job. We have been to this location on several occasions and have never been disappointed. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Went there on a date/movie night. And was impressed with the nice relaxing ambiance, friendly and timely service, nice portions and very reasonable cost. Will definitely go back.

My server Bobbi was AMAZING! Very attentive and genuinely made our day. That woman deserves a raise! I had a New York strip and it was the best and the most tender I've ever had! Will definitely be back to this location and to see Miss Bobbi. Made our entire day! Thanks Miss Bobbi!

Great food. Megan who works the bar is the best. She is the hardest working waitress there by far. We eat there almost every weekend and her authenticity and strong work ethic doesn’t go unnoticed.
