Black Bear Diner

Seems like the food is always so good. We traveled 20 miles just to go to the Newberg, OR Black Bear and again not disappointed! I had the Turkey dinner and it was neat turkey slices and moist. We had excelent n service also.

Excellent food, destination food, this will be a regular destination for me and I will bring friends. We live an hour away and it will be fun to bring a bunch of hungry harley riders for a great meal!

We come every weekend for the better part and have always enjoyed Shannon’s section as that relationship has been long going as a result of coming in to this location. She has always maintained a vibrant bubbly smile aided by her unique since of humor! She always knocks it out of the park and we come and is on point. She always spends and takes the necessary time to add that personal touch which seems to come natural to her in the beat way seen. Love this place! The food is consistent and our service experience is always well above and often exceeds our expectations! Shannon and the whole team including Loretta are always gracious and inviting as we look forward to every visit! This relationship is long going for about 14 months now!

This place has a very good atmosphere! It feels like you're in a cottage mixed with an inn. The food took a little longer than expected, but when it did arrive it was presented and tasted absolutely amazing!

One of the best places in town to get a healthy meal and the servers are super nice!!

We came on a Sunday morning and had an about 20 minute wait. It was pretty full so it took a while to get our food. However the staff was super nice! We didn't felt rushed and the food was amazing. The sweet cream pancakes are really good! The omelette was great as well as was the other food my wife and her Mom got.So, thumbs up for atmosphere, service and food. Great place to eat. Also, the black wooden bears that are all around are cute. Thanks!

Food was excellent as always, but the bacon could have been cooked mlm more.

The food was good, but the best part of the dinner was our server. Marianne did her job well,and she was very fun to talk to. Pot roast was yummy!
