Went for the, "All you can eat Fish Fry!"It was tasty & not greasy! The restaurant was very clean. The waitress Kimmmie, was attentive & the surroundings were congenial. Will return & recommend 👍🏻

Trish was an A-rated server. Food was good. Loved the soup. Clean. Lots to look at. Locals definitely like the place.

Never have I given a five star to anyone! My Hubby's burger was a memory of the best hamburger era! Best Turkey Pesto bacon sandwich I have EVER had! Clean and super friendly staff! Don't go the the fast foods when you could have a WONDERFUL meal like this.

The service and Ambience was remarkable. Very clean and food was very tasty with large portions. Also had a birthday girl with our group and they sing a special birthday song and presented a large brownie treat for her special day

Everything was great. We got the sirloin steak dinner and it was cooked to perfection the first time.Keep up the good work.

The food was ok, the wait time was horrible, 25 minutes to get seated and another 20 minutes to get our food. The hostess had to double as a cashier and completely forgot about the people waiting to be seated. I would’ve understood if they were super busy, but they really weren’t. Couple the fact it takes awhile to turn into the diner because of the constant traffic, I just as soon avoid this place and eat elsewhere.

Waited over 30 minutes to be served our food after the order was placed. They did knock off 50% of the bill, but when I questioned the time it was taking to be served the waitress argued about a large table (6 people) slowed our order. The people beside us was seated 10 minutes after us and they were finished eating before we were served. Must have only slowed our order processing! The food was ok, but service the was well below what should have been expected.

I was in from out of town and took a buddy in for breakfast. I have been to Black Bear Diner several times with every experience being very good. This particular experience topped them all. Not only was the food amazing but our waitress Brandi gave excellent customer service. She definitely made our visit memorable.

I took Flixbus from Vegas. I had 15 minutes to spare. They made me a delicious Beyond Meat burger in less than ten minutes. They were so kind and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased. Thanks again!

Thank you Black Bear for bringing some life back to this old truckstop. Its great to see the happy faces on the people working here. O ya can not forget to say the food is great .

I love eating the food here. Always have great portions sizes and I usually order the grizz and a side of biscuits and gravy. Guaranteed to make you take it in a to go box lol. The waitresses are nice and always do their best for service.

There were 4 of us. I was served my side salad. The other 3 got the is salads n entree. We had to ask for mine then it was cold! Very poor service!

The waitresses more very friendly. They hostess was training a new hostess and was still able to remain professional and courteous the entire time. The food was made fast, with huge portions. Came out perfect. I've been dying to stop here, and glad I did. Will return every time I roll through town.

Amazing cornbread muffins. Open late. Only downside is location. Making a left turn on Beale St is almost always near impossible
