Great view! It's a must to visit here even the ticket isn't cheap, it's worth to come even not in winter, since you can enjoy the sunshine and wind blowing, the fresh air with green smell is not available in the human crowd area.

Great view , good place for photo taking or even to propose to someone here. The outside area is v beautiful. The cafe you need to pay extra for the good view but it’s worth it coz the seats are different. Food is ok . It’s definitely a little expensive to come up here coz the ropeway cost few k yen already. A nice place if u have time and dun mind to pay. Winter season open 21 dec for 2019 but not snowing yet .

It's a beautiful place to visit. However, it's a pity that the cafe only allows one -hour stay. And it charges more for the seats close to the window. I couldn't let me kids to play snow for the whole afternoon while I stayed in the cafe and read books.

biwako terrace is a good place to enjoy scenery while in biwako valley ski resort, they serve a good meals and beverages. you can warm your body as well when the snow come, i recommend to come in winter

Best place to find snow, near to osaka. No need to go far as shirakawa-go.

Amazing view but comes with fees to sit on area with views

Fairly average food wise but you don't really get a choice up here. One of the other restaurants was booked up for some school party.
