Bistro 143

Looks different, nothing else has changed. Here on a Saturday night , like sitting in a cafeteria. Only giving it two stars because our server was actually trying. Food was still frozen in the center , and the sides were cold. Not happy at all.

Excellent bar and staff with delicious food options and large portions.

Finally something unique and different in our area. Great restaurant. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food highly recommending it.

Perfect flat bread, crispy but not burned and just the right amount of toppings.

Waitress was very friendly. Food was delicious. Staff should never say "no problem " it implies there was a problem. I ordered the Avocado Salad & Salmon and they came out at the same time. I was under the assumption that it was a starter salad. If it wasn't then it should have been explained. Saw no management as a floor presence to check on the tables. Some simple training issues and it could be a little gem.

Nice quiet place to go have for lunch appetizer of mussels and broccoli rabe was awesome it's a must-have service was great waitress was very pleasant. You can tell they take care in what they provide for a meal the chicken cutlet that was made for my sandwich on focaccia bread was fresh not frozen. Portions were an excellent size just enough what's some to take home for leftovers.

Large pizza too crispy and hard to chew. The not well balanced pizza fell off the stand to the floor after only a couple of slices eaten. Charged for it any way. Won't be wasting my money there again. It takes more to make a restaurant work than changing the decor and name!

New menu is fantastic, glad Oxford finally has something fresh and different to offer. Was getting tired of all the restaurants in Oxford of selling the same stuff. Bistro 143 is exactly what we have been waiting for!

Food overall was okay but it was pretty expensive and the portions were small fried calamari it was also undercooked but it is a generally a nice place in general

Very nice service, very good food

Very good pizza, red sauce has nice flavor. Asked for "slightly well done" & the crust was crispy with a light char, as I wanted. Will definitely go again.
