My counter wait to order was a bit appalling. Some long hair mixed blonde red girl employre sees me looking at me straight into my face with out even a smile to acknowledge me even as I spoke twice... A big guy comes over to the counter they talk then embraced each other into a passionate kiss for a while... I wait as about 6 others moving around from the back pops out a man. I placed my order and just chalked up this is a time of just straight up bad service on a record level of who gives a sh.. Once on the floor MS. Sherri stepped over and greeted me with a very nice smile and offer to assist me. This is a person Sherri this entire staff could take lessons from as far as great customer service. Thank you Sherri for making my visit better.

First time visit....Very friendly staff and food was quick. Biscuits were very good, but the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit was kind of small. Gravy wasn't bad, but could use some sausage chucks and a bit of spice to give it a little kick, like cayenne. Definitely will visit again

I ride by this place every morning…and today, I decided to give this place a try, and I am so glad I did!! It was GREAT! Definitely will be back again!

If you love yourself, go across the street to Vicky's. It's overpriced for what it is and the order was screwed up six ways to Sunday. The only saving grace was the cinnamon roll. It's essentially croissant dough so it's flaky and I can taste vanilla extract in the icing. I'll eat the biscuits from Burger King (which taste and look like dog treats) before I give this place anymore money.

Very disappointing, got order wrong. Decaf coffee was cold and cheese was added though I specifically asked for no cheese uggh. Hash brown cold not appealing. I got early to make it there after driving an hour only to be disappointed. Smdh. Do better

The Entire Staff at this Biscuitville were friendly and full of effervescence. The restaurant was extremely clean with a warm down-home family atmosphere. CONGRATULATIONS! On a Record-Setting Grand Opening. Respectfully submitted, James

Biscuitville is one of my favorite small chains. Wish it would open in southeastern Virginia. This shop was quick, courteous, and tasty. If I'm back through Fayetteville I'll probably stop again.

The quality of the food was disappointing but the atmosphere and people working were fantastic.

Quick, friendly service. Lots of choices, tasty food, convenient when on the go.

This place is all the way across town from me, but I've made the journey a few times! My favorite is the fried chicken biscuit with fries. I am impressed and appreciate the customer service. Can't wait for the second location on Raeford Rd to open, it will be along my morning commute!

Mhmmmmm! The biscuits were sooooo good! The apple butter was even better, only surpassed by the sweet tea! Had breakfast here three days in a row 😂

Biscuitville open up today on 6/26/2019. The food is alright. First time I ever had it. The employees is where they shine at. Felt like I was at Chick-fil-A and you know they have a good reputation for employees. Hopefully I see this place up and running for a long time. 4/5

Tried the waffle chicken biscuit for the first time. Pretty darn good. Very nice staff who often asked how they could make my visit better.

The place was dirty as hell, had to clean my own table and trash was all over the floor and they serve powdered eggs
