Waited 45 minutes for a blueberry muffin because mine Was given to the drive thru

This place has quality items on their menu. The food is always good, and prepared right.

Everyone was very friendly upon entering the store and throughout our encounter. Food was very good. Would definitely come again and recommend to anyone looking for a good biscuit.

Great food! I wouldn't recommend the berry pie but everything else including the service and cleanliness were great.

This was a first for me and I am glad we came here to try this place out. We wanted to try different locations that was unique to the NC. This is a place you will not see outside of NC so we wanted to embrace the experience. Loved the southern hospitality and the customer service!

Very busy, which is very understandable! I got biscuits and Gravy after waiting in a long line… the hot gravy spilt all over our other food bc it was way overfilled. It burnt my hand just trying to grab the box out. Afterwards I find that I was given no utensils to eat with. So I’m left with a messy overflowing box of steaming hot gravy and have nothing to eat it with . We were not going straight home today and we’re going to eat while we were on the road. That’s something all fast food places prepare for. Giving utensils with food that REQUIRE it isn't a fast food “luxury” it’s a must. I’ve never left a bad review for anything before but this just really was inconvenient and ridiculous to be honest. The reason you wait in a busy line is because the product you get in return is supposed to be good and well prepared.

If you’ve ever been here you know that the muffin case is on the counter right beside the cashier. Well my husband just ordered water and a muffin. Tell me why the cashier could not get him out a muffin? She looked to make sure there were muffins in the case, but then told my husband that he would be called when his order was ready…. Almost 10 minutes later?!? 🤨 Hardly anyone in the restaurant ordering either.

Robin is a great manager, keeps restaurant clean employees very busy with task.

Very busy! Food was a bit slow, they ran out of cooked bacon while we were there, so we had to wait for the bacon to cook and not everyone in our 5 person group were able to eat together. This could have been better communicated. Once the food came out it was good and the order was correct.

Good food, the best customer service I've had in a while there.

Waited in line for 20+ minutes. And it was only that short because half the people in front of me got out of line rather than continue to wait in an unmoving line

Excellent and fast service, delicious breakfast that was affordable and fresh.

The lady that took my order was nice. Very professional... The food wasn't up to par. I ordered chicken and waffles plate the waffles I would never recommend they were hard as bricks when I asked for replacements the gentlemen bought me more but they were hard too. I didn't even eat them. The sandwiches were ok and the fries were fresh as I asked them. I'm not going to say I wouldn't eat there again but I would think twice before going
