Bio Bio Organic Gelato - Miami Central Fare

It is sad. This place is beautiful and seems as an enormous investment. But I think the problem is the management team they hired. They are changing the concept every time and seems really disorganized. I was interested on leasing here at the beginning; it seems as a great investment then, since they were planning on something like Wynwood. And the place is very beautiful. But then they changed everything; and they are so "picky" now that I don't see any new tenants since they opened. And who would?? With those conditions. I don't think even the Dolphin Mall asks so many. And in a place that looks like Ghost Town all the time?? and is not even opening on weekends. I don't know how the tenants are doing to survive. Hope they do something about this place. And to begin, they should hire a management team that knew Miami Market better. It would be a real shame to keep seeing this place always so sad and empty.

What an amazing place! This food hall has opened with several great food options and much more are coming soon. I recommend Patagonia Flavors for a great salad bowl and chick fil-a for a great chicken sandwich.

Love the central location and the variety in things to eat. La Estacion is delicious and a perfect power lunch spot, also great happy hour specials. Also I always fill up on Rosetta or Can when I'm there. Glad to have this in our neighborhood !
