This place is AMAZING!!! I’d give it 6 stars if I could. The staff is fantastic and the owner is pretty easy on the eyes too ;)Came to Toronto from Sweden for about a week and needed to come by a handful of times for the great food and service.You can really taste all the love in the food <3

Really nice place. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The dishes are big and tasty. The best place for family breckfast or lunch. We looked for nice place with 60s interior and atmosphere and we found it here 🙂

If you ever in the Leslieville area you should definitely come to Billy’s diner ! The food is so good and the prices are so reasonable. Moreover it has a great interior. Highly recommend this place !

Great diner food, prepared with much more care than your typical diner.A tiny bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. The 1950s decor and informal but friendly servers pair well with no nonsense and tasty staples like burgers and shakers, but also a few specialties like Eggs Axelle.The bright, sunny space can be crowded on weekends and Fridays, so try to arrive well before the crowds.

Informal, fun place for a breakfast or brunch. One of the very few affordablePlaces in the neighbourhood! Very friendly staff.

I had a basic breakfast, eggs, bacon, home fries and toast, and it was excellent! Everything about it was perfectly prepared! Watching the cook prepare everything, I could see he had a real flair, and enjoyed what he was doing. The service was excellent as well. Nice little retro diner!

The kitchen help that does the cooking could be replaced by actual chefs... or someone that can cook more than one breakfast order at a time.I suppose the food could be quite nice, but since the orders I watched them attempt were returned, Not Likely! How many chefs does it take to watch an egg fry? 2

The pancakes I had were great, super fluffy and filling. And I love how everything pretty much sticks with the retro theme, even the rootbeer I got came in a glass bottle. 😊

Very good burger and fries. A little warm on a hot day inside though.

The best in the business back again. Billy's is open and better than before (don't know how that was possible) and I couldn't be happier about it!!

I love this place. Just solid no frills dining with good portions and reasonable prices. I live uptown but if I can I drop in for breakfast/brunch time. prepare for bit of wait during weekends but they clear tables out pretty quick. They also won't seat you unless your whole group is there so no chance of a friend making it out and holding a spot for you. My only knock is no refills on coffee but not that big of a deal. if your out on east side of city would def recommend!! Pic below is there biggest plate of food and it's only 14 bucks, could easily feed two people.

I go here all the time and often use ritual to pick something up quickly.It's a great restaurant with delicious diner food.I mainly get the classic breakfast with poached eggs.They also do bacon well - it never comes uncooked and fatty.I heard the owners are local leslievillians as well!

Really great diner! The pancakes are great. Same with the coffee. Huge portions for a good price. Great spot for breakfast or lunch. I recommend!
