Coffee is coffee, but this place stands out because of the consistently poor service. Yes, this is in a hospital and it does get busy, but the staff should be able to act polite, make orders in the order received, and maintain a clean work station - this is not the case here. Too many times my drink or food order has been overlooked and I'm left waiting 15 minutes with no apology.

Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time or money I would fire everyone that works there

They might as well allow the animals that they allow in to lick your plate before they serve you

Tiffany that works afternoon is the bomb here I just visited while I was at work and tiffany is truly a sweet nice person and she makes your drink with love if she there you know you will a good drink

If it was an option it would be no stars! They are usually always rude, dismissive! Some drinks can come multiple ways and they never give the options. For someone like myself, I am not a frequent coffee drinker, so I feel like it would be not only informative but polite to let someone know what their options are. I ordered someone something today and didn't know it came a few different ways, the young lady prepared it hot and I told her that I wanted it cold and I was under the assumption that she was going to remake it or if there was an extra charge, she would have told me. Instead, I waited an extra 7-10 minutes and had to ask if it would be made again, only to be told that it was extra and that I would to be rang up again. For all the time wasted, it should have been no charge. I didn't mind paying the $0.50, but the customer service and consideration was very poor to say the least.
