Please be aware of delivery. We placed an order today and we received our pizza 🕠smooshed to the end of the box. When we called we were told , “what would you want me to do about it.†Really! Out of respect at least apologize and offer some sort of compensation for it. Or even better take accountability for it. Never again. Horrible customer service at its best and even worse cold food.

Lady on the phone was rude like I was interrupting her; the hoagies were absolutely TERRIBLE. Never again will we order from here. It's a wonder how they have so many places open around the valley......

It was $20 for two small sandwiches and fries they were extra small and not very good and the french fries were soggy. I tried to get $15 change for the $40 I had so I could tip the driver five bucks but he only had a $10 bill so I ended up paying $30 for two small not very good steak sandwiches and some soggy fries. I'll never go back there again.

Online ordering is horrible, waited 3 hours for food, had to call twice. First time I called, I was told that it was being packed up, and sent out for delivery. I had to call a second time, still had not been prepared. They offered a 10% discount, for a 3 hour wait. Understanding that ordering system was off and on all day, however, a phone call would have sufficed. Unacceptable!!!

Pathetic. Will not correct wrong orders. Ethan manager "doesnt remember" making the wrong order so therefore theres nothing he will do for it. Disappointment to say the least.
