Best fried shrimp on the plant. Frank and Edna are the best. We sail to Orcacoke every couple years and always stop at the Big Trout for the night.

Food delicious, good place to eat if not in rush. Harbor front outdoor tables available. Probably not for elite food snobs, but we enjoyed it!

Would love to give more stars, but this place set's off from the road already less traveled, 264 and if it wasn't for maps like these, nobody would know much about this place except for locals or fisherman.

It may be out of your way, but Frank and Edna run a great little place. Regardless of your personal politics, try the Trump Burger. It's great!
