Not that good. Super bland. I should have gone to chipotle it would have been cheaper and way more flavor. My burrito wasn't event hot. The chips were store bought and the queso taste like it came from a jar.

1st time Big mamas burritos in Grandview, I have heard a lot of people say they were the best. This is absolutely not true. I got 2 most popular burritos, they were just bad. I don’t recommend go somewhere else.

Came in to pick up some dinner for myself and friends, when I got home and opened my food, I found a small horrendously rolled burrito. When I looked at the receipt I realized they charged $1.50 to add a squirt of buffalo sauce to my chipotle ranch burrito..was extremely disappointed. Tried to call but number on google maps said line is disconnected and no number listed on receipt.

Went to the German Village location, love that it's connected to Daily Growler. First time and it was hard to choose from all the creative combinations. Lil size was the perfect snack for my otherwise bottomless pit of a stomach. Can't complain about the price either, cya again soon Big mamma!

Extremely rude, maybe the lady was having a bad day but dont be rude to your delivery people. Also i noticed they were using Kroger brand nacho chips, not the best quality chips at all. I will never order from them, based off of how rude the lady was anyway.

Had Big Mamma's for the first time today, it was great. Honestly one of the best tasting, well priced burritos I've had in a while. I definitely recommend and will buy again.

Really disappointed in the customer service I ordered $30 worth of food from this place on DoorDash. They didn’t get half of my order correct. when I called to let them know of the problem the person on the phone at Grandview location, didn’t get her name but was very rude when I was trying to explain in a calm demeanor my problem with the order and I didn’t know if they would offer me a credit or a refund. I paid for my meal In full and I didn’t get what I ordered I am very displeased with the service there and will never order from big mamma’s burritos again worst experience ever. Besides Guadalupe’s Mexican Restaurant and that was really bad...
