Big Lug Canteen

We sat upstairs in a really obscure spot and the wait staff still found us immediately and were very attentive. I think they do shared waiting so we didn't have one waiter, but they showed up at really good intervals. The menu was very diverse but not so huge you can't make a decision. The prices were really fair for the area. But the food was DELICIOUS. I will definitely recommend and return with family and friends visiting Indy.

Home grown beer selection Okay; could use a meatier IPA. Food really good, especially the Cauliflour side and Nashville Chicken sandwich. Medium has very good kick, Hot is very hot. Try on the side first.

The best tenderloin I’ve ever had, and that’s saying something considering Indiana knows how to make them. The black bean hummus dip was to die for, so fresh and full of flavor. I loved their ciders and my boyfriend loved their Fruit IPA, so much that he had to buy a growler to take it home. I can’t wait to experience the other locations around Indy.
