All three stars are for the staff - they were moving the line super fast, and just were very nice and helpful. I was craving for soft serve, got one but was disappointed by how plane and fatty it was. Maybe I’ll give a try to their pints. But soft serve is a no no.

I love this place! The staff are usually attentive, professional, and friendly. The Ice cream choices are delicious and the items have fun names. The only downside was no bathroom..I would definitely recommend the Big Gay Bars Cream.

My partner and I walked in expecting loads of flavors, but were then pleasantly surprised by the fact that all the ice cream is soft-serve! We had no idea! The toppings all seem to be very good additions to what is some very good ice cream. It's a little heavy for soft-serve for me, but I enjoyed our time there thoroughly!

Super expensive to add toppings, but if you’re craving classic tasting soft serve (not fancy artisanal ice cream), this is the place to get it! Fun combos on the menu or you can create your own. Massive portion sizes!

Late night fix! Recommended! Soft serve and delicious with the topping covering the entire ice cream. Prices are similar to get Cold Stone but it is New York (so to be expected). It’s a shame that there isn’t one in LA.

Really great fun ice cream place. There's always a line here but their ice cream options are great. It's a bit pricey but worth it. Really big portions. I also love how you don't get overwhelmed with too many options to choose from

You really can't go wrong by eating an absurd amount of sugar and dairy. It is how I make myself in a better mood and often works. (Should ice cream not do the trick then I move on to popcorn - but not kettle corn or microwave popcorn - don't get me started... I am talking, melt a stick of butter and pass the salt because, who knows, I might die sooner than later and I don't really want to live to be a 110 the way I have treated my body. Anyways...) Obviously it is a little over the top, but the place seems supportive of their younger-leaning employees. The staff have character and are just the right amount of sassy to leave you feeling like you matter - in an insignificant way, sure, but this is ice cream and the stakes are low. I would give it 4.5 stars but google won't allow such nonsense. Because it is a tourist destination, it does miss the mark of perfection.

I really really really liked my ice cream. I had the "Dorothy", which was delicious. Don't want to rate them poorly cause by rating the ice cream cone itself, they deserve a good rate. Their service, on the other hand, wasn't good. They need to gain some manners. I understand that they are overwhelmed because of the amount of customers that come in every day but they own it to the people to be AT LEAST just polite enough to say "hi" to them. They didn't even "salute" me. The convo was something like "What do you want", we replied and she signaled with her hand for us to give her the card, that's it. Ice cream itself deserves a good rate but they need to teach the employees some manners, or at least to show some smiles.

Best soft serve ever! I swear if you go late at night they say cash only and don’t take cards because they don’t want a ton of people(which there already is a lot). Has happened to me twiceRecommend vanilla soft serve waffle cone with biscoff lined cone!!! Soooo good

When you are running all over the city and cannot find a Mister Softee :) Bog Gay Ice Cream is a great second! The one in the village is the one to go to. Right by Marie’s Crisis, for a complete perfect evening. Worth the line
