As a doordasher this place is absolutely terrible, came in 10 minutes before pick up time, brought to their attention i had an order, was promised it would be ready on time, waited 10 minutes only to be told it had not even been made. 0 COHERENCE

Great wings and pizzas. So many great dips! Love that you can pretty much custom make your order. Timely delivery too.

Waste of money. We’ve used Big Daddy’s for the last 5 years. There has been many times of being dissapointed- hair in a meatball sub, over charged for bacon we did not recieve, forgotten items, etc. All things we have brushed off because we liked the place. Our biggest issue is we always say we are paying with cash, and the driver has consistently had not enough change to give us. Last night they took $7 over (after tip and delivery fee) for a two item order. A small pizza and salad ended up costing 40 bucks. After calling the place to formally complain, the girl was extremely rude and hung up on me. Not bad pizza, but not worth the terrible customer service. Unfortunately will not be ordering from them anymore.

I know why this is a Phantom gourmet gem. Parking is hard to come by food is to die for. I recommend any slice of pizza. Super generous with the toppings. Service is superb.

The foods is always good and fresh. One of the only places around that uses real grilled chicken breasts, not the gross tenders. steak tips and fried chicken are also delicious. took one star away because ordering over the phone is often 10+ minutes of being on hold and when you go inside to pickup the food there's people standing there doing nothing when they could be taking order over the phone.

The food is consistently well prepared and delightful, staff members provides excellent customer service. I liked how neat it is and ambience. Worth a try.

Great little sub and pizza place. The service was fantastic. The person who took my order was incredibly nice and attentive. Prices were on par with other shops. Portions were fantastic and everything was cooked perfectly. I will be back.

Waited 35 min for a hamburger sub which was not prepared correctly. Also the lady in front of me was waiting for a steak and cheese sub. She still did not have her food before I left. I would recommend ordering an hour ahead of time.

Last time, just deleted them from my contacts. The fresh fingers were HORRIBLE! Didn't get the garlic bread that came with the pasta. COLD! Something was way off with the chicken. Sometime ago they changed their chicken not as good as it use to be. But was the worst tonight. I believe there are new owners. We ate in back in Dec or Jan different vibe. Man was taking up a table next to us doing a interview. We should of took it to the car and ate because it was THAT ANNOYING! We usually order for for 4 or 5 people but just for me tonight, thank goodness! I don't write reviews but tonight was the last time. We've gone here for years always a SOLID spot. No longer!

Came into Big daddy’s looking for Fried dough, and ordered their fried dough bites. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, not only for the amazing fried dough bites but the wonderful staff! Friendly, and helpful. Will definitely be going back! It was worth the drive! They just need to install an AC so it’s not so hot!

My food was all wrong and the manger told me I just need to deal with it, left my on hold for over 15 mins and each person that talked to me was rude

Good food served by friendly staff at a reasonable price ! Don't forget to bring cash to leave a tip as their eftops machine doesn't have an option for it
