Big Daddy's

Waited about 30 minutes maybe more because they did not want to give us open booths because they were for parties of three. It was just me and my boyfriend. No groups of three or more came in however we still had to sit at the bar and wait for a long period of time. They did not come to check on us nor ask if we would like water or anything to drink. When I asked the male waitress about it he explained someone had just paid and we should be seated shortly and he cannot give us the *Two available booths. Whatever. We eventually were seated and when our food arrived my boyfriend’s burger was absolutely disgusting and not cooked. Have a look at attached photo please. I was absolutely completely disgusted!!!!!! No wonder the food came fast. Would give 2 starts but I really enjoyed my buffalo mac. Pina Colada was watery also. Will not be back. Inside is nice with all the vintage junk and what not looks really fun.

This place is amazing! Went to eat here while visiting family in NY and had a fabulous meal. Super fun atmosphere. Absolutely fantastic food. Reasonably priced. The milkshakes are delicious! Wish we could eat here all the time but unfortunately we live hours away. Great, fast and attentive server.

Excellent food! Adorable atmosphere. The service (when you finally get it) is excellent. They need a larger wait/bus staff, maybe a coat of fresh paint and some sprucing-up and it would be PERFECT. Bloody Mary's and shakes are amazing but the tater tots are what you go for!

Iconic. Strong coffee. Huge breakfast sandwiches. Wish tables were a bit bigger - hard to meet friends in a group.

It's a diner, and it's a diner in 80s, the neon lights, 80s tunes in the background, colorful interior and walls full of signed photos of the celebrities. The price is reasonable in the area considering the location of it. There were places sharing the similar scenes in the area, like Chat 'n' Chew or Dukes, and hope this one will last. The quality of burger stands out, and I love the potato tots here.

Hands down best veggie burger I have had in a while. Great hangout and low key spot for a date. Will definitely be back.

Quaint setting with very friendly staff...... Elizabeth was our server and she was fantastic!!!!!! The menu is a big jumble of flavours but all authentically representing a traditional diner. The waffles are particularly good. Coffee just what we wanted. It was a busy morning but service went smoothly and nothing was a bother to our server despite managing lots of tables and people's demands.

It's a rockabilly themed diner in trendy Manhattan. You will pay a little extra for good wholesome food. The service was the best part of my dining experience.

I love the atmosphere here. Great food, great prices and the crew is (mostly) super friendly. The waitress servicing us on my most recent visit wasn't too friendly and had us waiting for the check for FAR too long (I think she forgot about us) but I won't hold that against the diner/restaurant itself.

The atmosphere is beautiful. I love the whole theme. The employees were prompt and checked in a reasonable amount of times. The food was great. I love the milkshakes and burgers. The prices are excessive. According to the theme it seems more like a place people such be able to just sit down but you have to wait to be seated, even when half the place is empty. It seems like they are creating a look of a retro diner that would go great with a pinball machine and/or a jukebox in the corner but they are serving people like it is a serious restaurant. It doesn't fit very well. I did enjoy the food and seeing all of the amazing pieces decorating the place. Overall, totally worth it.

Lovely food. Huge portions and reasonable prices. Classic American diner. Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I just love it here. I know there are a million places to eat breakfast but this place is so fun and there is lots to choose from. Tourists will love this place and why not. It’s really fun, child friendly and the prices aren’t bad at all!

Excellent burgers and service. Interesting decor from 1970's TV and movies

Playful and whimsical diner with acceptable service all and all. Waitstaff could be more attentive and the food took a while to arrive on a quiet weeknight. Once arrived, while delicious, the food is lackluster and leaves much to be desired given the price. Generally good place to grab a quick bite!
