A great find in the local Rex Manor shopping mall, home to the neighborhood Safeway. The very friendly owner guided us through the menu options. The pho was delicious, but the portions are very large! Come hungry! Reasonable prices.

Happened to find this place while looking for a grocery store to pick up some travel items. We're so glad we decided to eat here. It's a cute and cozy eatery with a small menu, but what a wonderful menu it is. The food is so good especially the Grass-fed Filet Mignon Pho. The broth is flavorful and the beef, tender and tasty. The owner was sweet as can be and even helped with giving me advice for where I could find ethnic bakeries. This place is definitely on our "must have" whenever we come to Mountain View.

The Pho is amazing. The beef and chicken taste great. I've also tried a few of the chicken dishes and they are great as well.

Very dirty. Coffee almost $5. Greedy and horrible.

This place is fantastic. Fresh food, big portions and friendly service. I never had mock beef before so the lovely lady let me try it before I placed my order. Highly recommended as it offers a great value all around.

A bowl of pho so small but so expensive and they don’t serve water. Plus, you have to pay before you eat. The name doesn’t match the menu. Never going back again.I was so dissatisfied, I went, and bought Jack In The Box just to fill me up.lol

Two doors, two ways to healthier pho soup, worth your two cents. Too bad it's served with a small plastic spoon to scoop the hot broth. Serves banh mi sandwiches and other Vietnamese specialities. Pho beef is thick mouthful slices, must be why they call this place Big Bites. Organic chicken and emphasis on quality ingredients. Lychee tea with chia seeds or basil seeds is great except the for the aftertaste of Stevia sweetener. They say they make their own baguettes and giant cookies. However, the bread on the bahn mi was dense and dry, as if bought off the shelf of Safeway next door. Small menu should mean more emphasis on quality.
