Big Al's Gourmet Butter Made Burgers

My burger tasted great. It was very juicy and delicious. The fries we good also. Good food and service.

This burger joint is amazing. We were greeted by a friendly cashier as soon as we entered the door. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered complimentary water. The food was cooked fresh to order and was amazing. I had 5 lemon pepper wings all flats and fries while my companion had sweet potato fries and the original butter made burger. The music is upbeat family friendly 70s music. This is how you run an eatery establishment.

This place simply knows how to please their customers. Consistently with a very kind demeanor. The food is affordably priced, regularly delightful and clean.

The burgers are really really good. The sauce makes the burger taste even better. I never have to add any ketchup, mustard, or mayo to Big Al's Butter Made Burgers and normally I do to any other establishment's burger. I am a repeat customer cause the burgers are that good.

Bacon cheese burger and cheese fries are excellent! The special sauce tastes so good! I will definitely visit again.

The food was hot. We had the original burger and the service was fast. It's better than your McDonald burger and hits the spot for when you just want a home made burger.

Things have changed. Burger over cooked and dry as a bone. Terrible. Not a gourmet butter burger at all. Also got my order wrong. Ordeed oonion rings, got fries. Not good either. Never going back.

The place wasn't that busy when we came to eat. So order was taken fast. The price is very high and they should have combos or something. I got two chili cheese dogs and onion rings the hot dogs had alot of grease the chili wasn't really on the hot dog it was a split hot dog it should have been put in the middle of that split. Onion rings were not seasoned but okay. Overall i gave it 3 stars because it was just too pricey for what i got.

Rude customer service, just will stand there and stare right at you and not speak after saying hello to the staff. Awkward and I placed an order to go, the other guy got his food before me. Food is ok but expensive to have to take rude customer service from the staff like they dont want to be there or are ready to snap at someone who steps up to them.

I honestly love the dishes and service, awesome location next to my apartment. The workers are always very nice. Highly recommended.

I loved it the location is perfect right on Peachtree Street. I think it a pretty good space for customers. Food was great, the fries are creative and delicious. Not a hugh variety on burgers but its worth every bite. The wings were amazing i should of bought more. Thanks

Wish i coukd give it less based on horrible customer service. New to this restaurant, syood at Order Here sign for 15 min and no one welcomed me or said they would be able to help anytime soon. I had ti ask, snd there was no apology or care that if i had not asked IF i was going to have my order taken, i would not know. Not too smart for a business in the service industry. Neve again.

The food was great so they got 2 stars. The service was atrocious. The order taker was much more interested in her system than her customers. Waited 5 minutes to get her attention just to order when there was no one else in the place. Then my food was delivered and she never got me my shake. When asked she decided to take the orders of everyone in line before dealing with it....
