Cold beer. Warm food. Pleasant conversation. I got what I was hoping for here...which was mostly sauerkraut. Nice variety of beers and lots of fresh wurst. Nice temperature upstairs the day I visited which made sitting comfortable. Free WiFi for your social media needs. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxed and just teutonic enough to be fun. I'd go back!

This restaurant gives great service and tasty meals. One of my favourite spots in the city. The meals came out quickly and the rates are economical. I recommend this place.

It was a little tough to get a seat on a Monday night but it was well worth it. The burger was cooked to perfection and the French fries were perfect. They also had jazz music and dancing on mk day nights.

Beer. Food. Fun. All of these things I consider as the core of my visit each time. Servers ever so motivated to keep you entertained and have a bit of German fun and experience. I was here with a group who was in the NYC Veteran's Day Parade. Made for a worthwhile excursion of "having a cold one with the boys". Bartenders are super cool here!

Very good food and not expensive at all. Well, beer cost more than in Munich but no more than in the rest of Manhattan. I recommend this restaurant.

The place is awesome and roomy, the menu was delightful and the prices were very economical. quick, effective service and very affable staff. Recommended.

Tried this spot before with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I enjoy the awesome ambience and delightful food and drinks. They never disappoint.

Nice German pub. It just takes you away from the city for a quick travel to a typical German pub. Staff friendly and amazing decoration.

Absolutely brilliant night at this venue. The band was great, the singer amazing & dancing &: dancers were incredible. I only intended to stay a short while as had to pack as flying back to UK next day. I stayed right to the end. .

Would definitely recommend trying this spot. Fantastic ambience, yummy food, awesome service. Kudos.

two days ago was the first time we visited this good restaurant. But It is surely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the good service, with the high quality food and fine drinks and with the honest payment. We will absolutely visit there in a short time.

Very well executed, from the staff, to the entertainment, to cleanliness, decor and the taste of the food. Only reason a star is missing is price. German food is generally very inexpensive. Beer, brats, wings and bretzels somehow cost two of us almost $200. Sure, its NYC, but still...

I don't like leaving a one star review, but I find it r annoying that I had two glasses of hot mulled wine ($24, total) and zero buzz. I don't know what red wine they're using, but I'm thinking it might be a 4.5% "wine product," the sort that's available at the supermarket. I have a low tolerance for wine, so I know I'm not wrong here. It was cold That said, my boyfriend liked his beer flight ($11) and lunch (some kind of wurst, idk). Nice decor.

Very clean and accessible place. They offer generous portions and for economical rates. We liked the meals a lot and the staff members were super welcoming and chatty. Highly recommended.
