Great burger! Love the sweet potato waffle fries!

Took thirty minutes and they forgot a burger

I am writing to ask you to drop Door Dash as your exclusive Online Delivery provider. Door Dash does not operate as honest broker when handling driver tips and fees. This makes it very difficult to calculate tips for the drivers who often operate during rush hour to provide us your food. My daughter enjoys your food but I am unable to order BGR via the other delivery services such as Uber Eats, Grub Hub, or Waiter. This is putting me in the difficult position of providing my daughter your food which she enjoys from a vendor Door Dash who is dishonest.

The food gets made right in front of you. They're pretty quick about it even when the place is packed and it tastes great. Worth the money.

Great burger.but difficult find the parking areas.

Mediocre burgers. Kinda bland and not well cooked Wasnt the worst burger I've ever had but I'd expect higher quality for the price. I probably won't come back.

Awesome burger! Juicy, flavorful and the onion ring on top was a little bit of heaven. Perfectly cooked - leaving with my belly full and a smile on my face. Keep up the great work! P. S. Love the music too!

Delicious as always. I go out of my way for this restaurant. I usually go to the one in Springfield but this one was even better.

Great flame cooked burgers. Cooked perfectly with an excellent char-grill. One of the best in the area. The mall version is not quite the same.

Burgers are about the best you'll find outside high end table service restaurants. Honestly, they're better than a lot of those restaurants. Food is made fresh. Burgers are made to the requested doneness with respectable accuracy.There are some nice specialty options, including an impressive tuna burger. Fries are done well, not overly greasy or salty.This location does have very limited seating, but on nice days there are plenty of benches in the area.

My honest feed back is this restaurant simply gave me the worst service and the worst attitude and at the end the Manager shuts the phone in my face!!!!! This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! This is waaaaaaaay far from any type decent customer service. Someone ate from both fries, shakes didn’t come and no sauce and both sandwiches came wrong.
