The ONLY thing I would say about this place that it could improve in is that every time I go, my smoothie tastes differently. I wish it was 100% consistent across the board. Ie: first time I was there I had THE BEST Banana Nut Smoothie and so a couple days later I went to get another one and it was so watery and I could not taste any of the almond butter😢.

How could the average person afford to order more than one item at this place? service is mediocre (like the food)...whats with the playlist??? I got hooked by the 'Beyond Cookies' they are wonderfully delicious. But honestly not trying to go back.

Didn't not like the Customer Service we WALK in look at the menu NO ONE SAID HELLO OR ANYTHING THEY WAS TO BUSY TALKING TO EACH OTHER AND NOT THE CUSTOMER EVERYONE LOOK LIKE THEY WAS HAVING A BAD DAY BUT THE SMOOTHIE WAS GOOD YOU NEED MORE HAPPY PEOPLE

Usually I have great service but recently it’s been horrible. Last 4 visits service has been bad. Either they put something on my salad that I say don’t put on there. Or they forget to put something on the salad that’s suppose to be on there. And this is now happening consistently. So I’m going to have to rethink this particular location the eastern market location. I really like the manager. So hopefully the issue can be resolved because I really like the food. But I can’t keep patronizing a place with this type of service.
