I ordered the pineapple ice and I accidentally dropped it on the counter and he was willing to get me another one many other stores wouldn’t do that and he was extremely nice and sweet if I could give it 6 stars I would

If I could give a 00 I would. Staff is very rude. Asked for vanilla ice cream and they gave us coconut ice cream. When I said my son said it taste like coconut they said well it's coconut based. I asked for vanilla no one told us it was coconut based. The whole staff fought with me and said you should have looked at the menus. When I asked what if my son had a allergy to coconut they basically didn't care. Very rude would never go to this place ever again. TERRIBLE!RUDE!SELFLESS SHOP! They wouldn't give us a rew refund or a new ice cream

A delicious dessert shop with a charming fun atmosphere. I love going here every summer perfect for families or just people enjoying a pleasant beach day.

This place has horrible customer service I asked for vanilla ice cream they give me coconut they say its coconut based but they don't tell you that when you order the ice cream what if I have a coconut alirge and there gonna sit here and shrug there shoulders this place Is not a good place to get ice cream don't go here for your sake

The shaved ice is incredible! Get the sweet cream added on top; you won't regret it.

The owners daughter was working the closing hours and when we got there at 8:45 she said since they close at 9 they shut the machines down a half hour before close which is 9:00 so we could only have ice or a pre made ice pop. After 2 of my children accepted this they ordered ice and as I was paying I noticed the other boy working there was about to serve another customer the shaved ice cream. When I asked the owners daughter about this she lied to me for a second time and said he wasn't. As I waited there he clearly was serving her and I got infuriated. Not only did she lie about the machine being shut down but now about him serving the girl. When I said something again about it her response was " well I know her". Seriously this is how you treat customers. When I asked to speak to her manager she said I am the manager and when I asked to speak to her boss she said that's my mom. I guess since it's a family owned company they can pick and choose which customers get treated well.

Stunning choice of colors and tastes, with natural products and many dairy-free or vegan options. We went many times and received great welcome from always a friendly staff. Reasonable prices in a lovely place, a great choice!

My family loves the shaved ice. The staff was really nice and accommodating to a request I had for my twin 2 yr old God children. We will return again.

Really good, lots of great choices, and the staff was really nice. I'm lactose intolerant too so a major bonus that it was dairy free.
