We found Bett's on Google Maps and headed there. The parking lot was being resurfaced when we got there and we almost didn't stop...glad we did! Comfort food at its finest! I had a hamburger...hand-formed, thick and cooked just right. And tater-tots, can't go wrong with tater-tots. Hubby had hamburger steak with mashed potatoes, creamed corn (they had a different name) & peach cobbler. He shared the cobbler...warms the soul.

Nice people, staff, but really disappointed in the food. If you're looking for low price meal to avoid cooking or fast food restaurant, this is the place... but McDonald's may actually be healthier option. Typical low quality, boxed foods served at "family restaurant" which, once we saw that designation on the business sign, we should have picked somewhere else to eat. So, I give the place 3 stars, since the staff was very nice, the prices were very low to match the food quality...

It's a small town restaurant where everybody knows your name. The meals resembles home cooking and is filling. The waitresses are observant and pleasant in that old country way. Food wait time is about 10-15 minutes after order. The sweet tea is good. Breakfast is the best meal of the day. Don't be surprised to see the old guys hanging out and talking about the good ole days.

Food was good, too bad it was lukewarm. Mashed potatoes were actually homemade can't believe they put instant gravy on them

We were half heartedly greeted at the door. Once seated the waitress who was almost doing her job takes our orders for the special of the day. It came out quickly enough, country fried steak with little to no flavor, broccoli that was cooked into a mushy green paste with no flavor and mashed potatoes that were cold to the touch as well as the gravy that was covering them. Told the waitress who then brought a much smaller bowl of hot potatoes but still flavorless. Probably a good thing it wasn't as much seeing how wasn't able to hold it down, had to stop on way home to hurl the nastiness up. If you're planning on eating here, don't! The food and atmosphere were atrocious, the service was lacking. Find a dumpster, you'll be better off.

Great food, great price, great sweet T, and best of all great service. Very attentive and helpful staff both at the door and at wait staff. Will definitely go back again. If you're in the area and need dinner plans (or breakfast/lunch) definitely consider this place. Haven't had fried catfish cooked so well in years; not since my grandfather passed. If I didn't know any better, I'd say he was in the kitchen working the fryer.

I really enjoyed this food! Waitress took our drink order and brought them back then brought us some rolls and cornbread with some soft butter that were so good. The meals are reasonably priced and they have country cooking, large portions. Food tasted good and was hot. Very nice waitress. We will definitely eat here again!
