Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

I had a great dinner and a wonderful time. Karim, the host, was extremely helpful and was very informative about the Bertucci’s promotions and gave us a wonderful table and made me feel welcome. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

Bland food, and one person in our party had to wait for his food until everyone else was pretty much done eating. Others in our party were underwhelmed by the seasoning, greasiness and unpleasing temperatures of different items. Food that should have come out piping hot was barely still hot, and it was just not something we enjoyed except for the company at our own table. Everything else needed improvement without question

We came here for dinner today- Probably my worst choice of the night! And totally let down my Bertucci expectations..1. Our order was missed somehow and we had wait for an extra 20min for the pizza. 2. Bread rolls were cold af, probably the left overs that they served us.3. The waiter never refilled our water. 4. The pizza was so doughy that it stuck to our teeth! Who in the world bakes a pizza like that??? And the crust was burnt on the other side!! Common guys.. u can do better than that!Anyhow looks like 8-10pm on friday is the worst time to visit this location. If you want to get good pizza pls go else where.

Such a great meal, I don't think I've ever had a bad meal at bertucci's. I love their white sangria, the ½ pitcher is nice, gives 2 glasses each, worth the price! We sat at the bar and the bartender/server Melissa was really nice and did a great job (looked very busy for her and she handled it so well!) I live locally and this is always a great go-to place for a quick, delicious, and affordable dinner.

We went on a Sunday night. A modest crowd, but the place was quiet so you could easily hear each other talk. Food was very good but the table service was slow.

Good selection for vegetarians. Wish there were salads included in dinner meals or an unlimited salad option. Coffee is great. Staff are polite and able to make reasonable modifications to diet requests. Always love the regular coupons we receive in our email. Plenty of room inside and well maintained.

Seemd to have an issue with help. Took a while to get seated, but there looked like there were many available tables. Food took longer than usual. My meal had sat under a hwmwat lamp for a while. Chicken was dried and crusty. And there was an overabundance of cheese on my wife's meal. Won't rush back.

My absolute favorite restaurant. I always go for Chicken gratini

Not horrible. Some of the food has lost its flavor. Budget Italian food is ok. The garlic knots are decent. This one is Woburn by the mall and some hotels.

The food was really great, fresh shaved parmesan on my grilled chicken Caesar salad and the bread was wonderful. Wait staff was a little slow when I could have used a drink refill even though it was really slow when I was there (don't really need the extra calories anyhow(. But overall everything was great and I would definitely go again.

I made a reservation, incase it would be busy. I ordered the mussels in red tomato sauce. It was yummy.

clientele and bartender can be skeevy, but the food is made right and the service is good.

Just had lunch at this location our waiter mary was a hoot just made our dining experience that much better food was awesome to.

The salad and warm bread were a very nice touch. I had the 4 cheese ravioli and it was good but not great. The nice cold Sam Adams Oktoberfest beer made up for it though.

Food was brilliant, it was super tasty. We ordered one pizza between 3 of us and it was plenty of food. We also got a salad and bread rolls. Everything was great. Unlimited refills of the drink too at no extra price which is always nice. We also took away from extra bread rolls as they were so good. Doesn't receive 5 stars as toilets weren't great and the service wasn't great, we were waiting a while for someone to take our order as well as no one was nearby when we needed a drink refill. Also I noticed the floor was slippery it wasn't wet just slippery not sure why that was but it could be a slip hazard. Great place though to eat overall. Recommended
