This Bertucci's is a standout from all the others we have visited over the years. Thle one and only reason it is not 5 stars is for the unbearably loud music, blasting a strange mix of pop, cartoon themes and possibly original music. Asked twice to turn it down, which the nice server said they did - though that's what I thought she said as it was still so loud I didn't really hear her. The food is really good, service is excellent, kept the glasses filled and the table neat. The room is quite pretty, too. The chain has had some tough times and I have been in a couple that were truly awful, but this particular one always did a solid job. I was there for a business lunch, which we cut short simply because of the din from the music.

So disappointed. Wont be back ever. Overpriced mediocre pasta dishes. Undercooked pizza with funky tasting mozzarella. No longer have dinner side salads.....boo bertuccis boo.

It was fine, but I don't know why you would eat at a chain when there are so many great independent restaurants around.
