Berry Bear

It was my first time visiting Berry Bear and it was very enjoyable! Right as we entered Cole had such a pleasant greeting and walked us through the process. My daughter made such a mess, which I told him I was going to clean up, but he told me to not worry about that and to just worry about which flavor and toppings I was going to pick😂! He even asked my daughter what movie she wanted to watch. He made our experience very enjoyable and we will definitely come back!

Always so clean, and the service is usually fantastic. I appreciate how kind (most) of the workers are and how they always greet my daughters and me so warmly. I'm sad that the have less yogurt now and more ice cream. No thanks!

The place has a wide variety of choices! What I love the amount of choices and options you have to get creative. The staff is friendly and helpful when it comes to flavors. They have a huge chalk wall and a movie that is played, plus free WiFi. I highly recommend it. Just be careful with how much you put in your cup, it is done by weight.

I love bringing the family out foe ice cream here. There is never really a wait and we never leave disappointed.

Attendant was rude and unfriendly. She was on the phone for most of the time we were in there, but would put it down to take your money. The products are over priced compared to a better quality frozen yogurt places within a couple miles. While there with my friends today, their 4 year old knocked over a chair and cracked it. The owner (who wasn't there but was watching on surveillance cameras) called and told the girl working to get my friends to pay for the chair or it would come out of her salary. So the girl, almost crying, tells my friends they must pay for the chair.

Nice quaint place. It's clean and great customer service. They also have cheesecake bites, you just have to ask the attendant because they need to remain frozen.

It is a great place but it let me down twice😀😀😥😥😡.

This Berry Bear is very clean and inviting. The staff is always helpful, and you can taste samples of new flavors if you wish. They have lots of different types of yogurt to choose from, and plenty of toppings to finish off what you've chosen. I highly recommend this location.
