This place is super chill & fun. Its got great music & a great vibe. We went there on a Sunday & a Monday. On Sunday they had a pretty awesome band called Tumble Dry Low. They sang everything from country to Rolling Stones. The singer who sang country definitely sounded like he could already be a Texas Red Dirt Rd country singer. The guy who sang the stones was a dead ringer for a sound alike!! Phenomenal!! All had multiple talents as far as playing an instrument & singing. The bar staff was nice enough. The beer prices were the most inexpensive on the strip. We ordered a double cheeseburger & egg rolls from the kitchen. Just be prepared with cash as you get a discount for paying with cash. Our burger was massive & the egg rolls were so freaking good!! Very good food. The menu mainly consists of light fare (think soups like clam chowder & sammies & burgers) and honestly after a day in the hot sun you may only want a sammie. Alot of locals were here so that should tell you something 👌

If you are looking for a no holds barred old fashioned party bar from your younger days in Texas then this is a great start. If you can remember the bar scene in your town before the liberal left took over and you just wanted to have some fun then this is the place for you. Hopefully the politically correct cowards don't figure this out and impose their no fun rules on the island. Once that happens you will probably have to travel to the 3rd world to just have fun.

This is the best dance place in town...the drinks are reasonable and we always have a lot of fun here.

Great DJ Fun atmosphere fo all age adults e. If you're looking for a place to dance this is it! Good drinks.

Asked bartender for daily specials and it seemed like I was asking how much money they had in the register - that rude!! That's why we only stayed for one drink, but it's not normally that bad. Guess you just have to be a Port A local to get excellent service

Great environment awesome workers.

A smoky bar that offers food also as I understand it. A bi dumpy feeling when you enter. Parking is ok, but rather cluttered and disorganized. They have a daily Texas hold'em tournament that starts at three, which is why visited. You can play for free, but rebuys cost and are unlimited before the final table. Pay, and you get a bounty chip, which go to hand winners of all in pots.I had fun and will play again.

Good drinks and staff but that's about it. Place is outdated, dark and dingy. Not the best but, in Port A, who really cares?! We just want to get wasted :)

After dealing with the cops all day ..I had one beer. Left and then tried to explain to my new customers that I can't start job on thier home until thier check clears..thanks guys

Great people and good cold beer

We recently moved to Portland and this bar we have visited on several occasions. This is our go to spot. Great atmosphere! We have been on Tuesday, which is free pool. Friday and Saturday had a good crowd.
