Mostly great. Friendly service. Tasty food. Great menu. The sausage gravy was waaay under-salted, though. Maybe the kitchen missed a step in the recipe? Great otherwise.

This is the first time I have been here. We are on company business and wanted something close to the Hampton. The staff was fantastic and the environment was open and friendly. I was looking for somerhing different and this was it. I had the Irishmen and it was fantastic. If you are looking for a different place to enjoy some great food visit the Gastropub.

Stop in for lunch had chicken and dumpling stew for an appetizer. Told the chef who is a trusted friend of mine to put whatever he wanted on a plate and he did not disappoint! I've got the best buffalo chicken sandwich I've ever ate in my life and the seasoned fries are on point! Thank You Chef Bernard!

An outstanding restaurant. Just one visit has me hooked. Service is fast and attentive. The fried pickles are plentiful and delicious, but the best part was my entree - shrimp and grits. Wow! The best I have ever had, no question. It looks small, but the dish fills the stomach quickly. I'm about to fall into a food coma. A tip of my hat, Chef Bernard. I'll be back.

The atmosphere was intimate, the service was excellent and the food fabulous! One of the best restaurants in the Roanoke Valley. My only regret is all the so-so meals I have been eating in other restaurants.

This place has incredible food and service. We’ve been here 3 times over a two day weekend and are happy every time. The food is fresh and locally sourced, cooked by professionals, and served with a smile. I would strongly recommend this place!

This is their chicken caper pasta dish that I love. Hadn't had capers prior to this experience but it's all very flavorful, the staff is always nice & compared to a lot of places downtown it is very neat & clean.

Modern motif, very clean restaurant. Food is amazing, beer selection is good. But wait Staff and Chef is what makes this place in my experience here, very friendly and goes beyond for customer service. Will return, Will recommend.

Hit or missGreat food, but... Judge your meal before the waitress walks away... My last cottage pie was nothing but potatoes.I was not pleased.Shrimp and grits are heavenly!

Great meal, amazing cocktails, in the heart of downtown Roanoke. Try the chicken piccata! So good!
