To high in price for kids going to school

I absolutely LOVE this Benito's location! Everything I order is pleasure for my taste buds. They get really busy, especially around the school year with students, but I have nothing but good things to say about this Benito's

I called about a wrong order and was told by the night manager that I was lying. I used to love ordering from this place, but the way I was treated is unacceptable and I will never do it again.

The food isn't the reason for the rating, once we get our order, we like the food. It's the fact this location never gets orders right. It is comical & a regular joke in our family now they've screwed up every time we decide to try again. Oh my gosh. We don't know how the Ypsi location manages to screw up every order, but it's a given. It will happen. 😆

The managers attempt efficiency and fairness. How do I know? An order was messed up. They put info w next order, a few months later, and gave me the discount!

Great pizza I would come in much more if they provided condiments like mayo and such like every other store does. I've asked for so many things to be told to check w nearby party store [which I shouldn't have to] and they don't have what I need either or itdbe awfully expensive .The pizza is some of the best I've had in a while but the fact that certain things aren't provided has stopped me from coming in many times just being honest. I bring my brother and friends here to try the pizza since it tastes authentic and best recipe I've had in a while. The employees are all great too. I just dont like the "not our problem " type of attitude of a store I like when stores care about my entire experience n want to look for areas in which to improve. Yymou can always improve

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!My husband called to place an order and was hung up on, I immediately called back in disbelief. An irritated voice answered the phone with "Benito's pizza please hold." I proceeded to hold for the next 4 minutes without so much as a "thank you for holding, someone will be with you shortly." If you're short on staff, too busy, done taking orders for the night(at 8:30PM)... whatever the case. All of those things are easily explainable and understandable. Hanging up on customers and leaving them on hold however, NOT OKAY! You just lost a long time customer.

Food can be really good at time but the evening workers customer service can be very nasty which is the cause of such a low rating! The lady who works during the damn I have to get her name again is just amazing! There are times where she is like a one woman show and she still exceeds expectations!!!

The $5 personal pizza w/ 5 items is a fabulous deal‼ Absolutely nothing to complain about. Try the various flavor crusts - all good so far.

the food is very good and fast delivery. The Asian guy is very nice. The price of big Benitos Pizza price is reasonable. I asked my friends came to this store and they liked it. Thanks

Watch your account activity They double charged my card 3 days after I was there now waiting on a manager to reimburse my money not happy never goin back there

Every time I call they don't answer

I use to love Benito till today, I found hair in my food and they forgot my frosting but my cinnamon sticks and I asked them to bring me some back, They said they don’t have a driver and I told them it wait, they hung up on me, and there not answering my calls anymore. I’ve called 22 times🤷🏽‍♀️ Today, and the Asian guy is so rude 🙄 and my order was 53 dollars, So I deserved more respect than I got
