Benellli Cafe

Waited far too long for our coffee and crepe. Crepe was barely edible. Very over priced. Most definitely will not be back.

Nice caffè, one of the few open in the morning for breakfast.Wonderful design, biker's style, with a very attractive collection of the Italian premium motorbike producer including also bikes, acessories and garnments.Food is good and service is OK. If you are looking for an European place in dowtown, this is one of the best in the area.Underground parking is nearby.

Bad service and we reached 2020 and still you can’t pay by card in Benelli, had to jog in downtown until i found one after 30 min to pay my bill

Order a 4 cheese pizza and a margarita and received 2 4cheese pizza. I called to complain about the mistake and after repeating the same for 10 minutes and passing the phone internally they said they would send me a margarita pizza again. Waited for 1 hour and no one came. I call them again and they said they would call me back. They didn’t so I called again. I had to explain the all situation like it was the first time and they said again they would send me a margarita. And after that they called me after 5 minutes to said that after all they would not send any pizza because we had received two pizzas already (although one was the wrong order). So 2 hours after my first order I have a cold pizza wich was not the one I order. And the pizza is not good anyway. It’s just like heated frozen pizza. Will never order from this place again.

I apologize to every person who came to Benelli Cafe and Restaurant and did not have the correct service now everything has been modified and management and workers have been changed and now we have the excellent service we have fresh drinks and fresh food and excellent service I hope that you honor us in theBenelli Cafe and Restaurant in the boulevard 29 and thank you very much Please accept the apology

Great staff great location but bad management

I ordered an espresso coffee and arrived a long coffee with a horrible flavor!!!! I expected an Italian coffee as the place would seem Italian!!! Then I ordered an ice cream with banana as fruit and the ice cream was served on a plate so small that not even the banana remained inside!! Bad experience!!!

Benelli Cafe is located in a premium location, that being the downtown boulevard next to Dubai Mall. For the most part, they serve mediocre food while trying to attract crowds to watch sports on their big screen.I noticed a lot of people were just sitting and having shisha/water while watching the game, not much food was being eaten. That is not a very good way for the restaurant to survive.The food here is average, nothing that is worth coming for in the first place. The prices for portion size is fair and while the food is no better than average, it is also not worse than average.Usually each restaurant have one or two dishes that I remember them for, but this was not the case for Benelli. I hope their management takes a serious look at the menu because they will not last long at this rate with the quality of food that is served here at the boulevard. There are many restaurants that serve better quality food, that are struggling, they cannot rely on solely shisha to be successful.
