There are 3 Yong tau foo stalls. One facing Bendemeer road. You can't choose the items, just whether you want noodles or rice with set number of items. Plus various set choices. It operates the longest hours. The 2nd one is one row behind with hand-made Yong tau foo. Should be the healthiest of the 3 stalls but short operating hours. The 3rd one is at the opposite end of the 1st one, nearest to the wet market. It serves the usual fare of Yong tau foo.
