For those with less restrictive diets, the options are plentiful and delicious. Hard to find keto friendly meals, but the quality is good, and the service is great. They are willing to help customize/remove items that may cause a problem. Fun lunch spot downtown.

I went two days in a row, once at night by myself and got seated in the spacious back room where I think larger parties usually get seated. I made it in time for Happy Hour so I got to try out this delicious chicken sandwich. I’m kind of a Seinfeld episode when I’m eating, so the ratio of chicken to bun was a bit off, and the fries I got as a substitute was gargantuan. That’s maybe the two critiques I have: proportions and substitute options.The second day I went was the following afternoon at 11am on a Monday. My friend and I beat the busy business lunch crowd, but the good thing about their service is how they have a to-go area. You order your food much like you would at Chipotle, and then wait for your order. My second go around with the food was more proportionate and it was as tasty as the night before. This time I opted for a Mac & cheese side and a Mediterranean style chicken burger. Both incredibly delicious! I recommend it.

When I first looked at the menu I was like "wow, these guys are trying really hard to sound like a foo-foo place." I sort of feel like when I have to start Googling ingredients I might be out of my culinary depth! :) But the other day, my company took us here for lunch and I have to say - the food was EXCELLENT. Shrimp & Grits was a new and fresh presentation from what you are used to. It tasted excellent. The apps were also really great. I'm planning on coming back soon to try one of the burgers. Give them a shot and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
