Cute little Italian place. It might just be the best Italian restaurant in Amsterdam. The staff is absolutely friendly and fun to talk with. Everybody will speak Italian and welcome you with a big great smile on their face.Check out their beautiful pizze!

Truffle pasta, half and half pizza with truffle. All delicious! This place is a bit far out but well worth the trip. Friendly service and a great chance to practise speaking Italian!

American travelers, I highly recommend this restaurant. Mind you, you might need a reservation if you want to sit outside. We were lucky enough to get a seat inside. We were recommended to eat here by our friends and they were right. Our waiter Carlo was the most perfect and kind human in Amsterdam. He went above and beyond any waiter I’ve ever met to make us feel at home. While they did not have a menu in English, he sat down with us and read every item in English on the menu just so we can understand. Best service in all of Amsterdam. His recommendations were spot on along with the drinks as well. Dinner pasta was amazing! We’d go here again and we’d hope to see Carlo again.

We haven't been in Bella Storia for a while and came recently for dinner. OMG! The new cook is amazing! My pasta with vongole was even better than in Italy! The sauce was covering all exceptional homemade spaghetti and the portion was just good enough as main course! Their affogato is on point as well.The service was just like in Italy however I missed after dinner complimentary limoncello shots!We will definitely be back for pizza and some Spritz!

Hilarious host and super friendly chefs! The ravioli just exploded in your mouth full of flavour.

Like being in Italy, complete with the fantastic food and sometimes longish waits. The pizza is amazing, comparable with the best we've had in Napoli. Very friendly people, cozy, and a real neighborhood place.
