Bel-Air Grill

The food was good, but when it came time to pay....ughhhh!! Had 3 people in our party, check needed to be split 2 ways. First the waitress had it all on one check, then she charged me for the wrong ticket, then came back, gave me the right ticket, charged me for that one, and then charged the other person for the ticket I had already paid for. I checked my bank and I was charged for both tickets. Needless to say, she did not receive a tip. We will never go back again🤬🤬🤬

Food is okay. DONT GET A STEAK. Costs a little much for being in halls. Staff is usually friendly and plenty of room.

The waitress was great, the steak was a bit salty but tasted good but not cooked the way I asked I asked for medium and I got medium well. The milkshake had too much chocolate syrup in it and not enough ice cream so it turned to slushy milk did not finish it

Great service provided by our server, Aleta!She was attentive, but not intrusive.Three of us dined together and we were all pleased with the taste and portions served.

The food was good, nice 50's dinner atmosphere, and the service was great, Sarah did a great job, very nice and friendly!

11-2019 ate here for an early dinner. Had not been here in several years. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Still great food.

Food is pretty good. Nice laid back diner type place. Been in Halls ever since i can remember. Prices can be a bit much for dinner. Way cheaper if you go for lunch.

We always went to the one in Maryville Tennessee when it was there. We finally found a original one and it tasted just as I remembered. It brought back a lot of memories. We were only passing thru when we found this one. We will definitely stop again if we pass thru there.

Always great service. Can be a warrior during busy times, but worth it. Hamburgers made the way you want them (I like mine with a little pink). Fries are to die for.

As usual food was plentiful and great . Our waitress had a big personality and was super ! Belair Grill is a staple in our family .

The strawberry salad with grilled chicken was very good. My husband got The chicken fried steak - It was more like the prefrozen kind of steak that was fried. Just ok. The atmosphere is old school made to look like the 50s. I think its primarily a burger and fry kind of place.

The people that work there are extremely nice the owners are extremely cheap I asked for a piece of bread for to go order the person told me they're only allowed to give one piece of bread I asked why they said that's all the owners will allow!!

The first time we went was a bad experience. This being our second time visiting was great. Excellent service and the food was scrumptious. Extremely pleased this time around.

Of course we couldn't go in so we called ahead for our food to be ready at 5:30 for when we got off work. We called around 3. Our food was cooked at 3 and served to us at 5:30. It was disgusting when we called back to see if we could have it replaced, they offered us a free side the next time we came back. We hadn't even taken the 1st bite of the food. It was almost $50 of food and our money wasted. NOT HAPPY

Lunch burger very poor...small beef patty, bun seemed stale (actually crumbled) guess they were justifying the $1.50Difference in price.....compared to the dinner burger..Dinner Burger outstanding. The opposite of lunch.I have eaten the dinner( reg. Menu item) several times and always enjoyed it.
