Food,drinks, and atmosphere were excellent. Kids loved the food and the ambiance. A must see while in Ginza of Tokyo. Let the wife shop while you kick back at a German Beer hall.

I think it is open as it is open all year round.
By the way, you can not reserve the 1F beer hall, so when it is crowded you will be waiting in line.
As mentioned above, it seems to be 1972.
