Beautiful Restaurant

The food has changed so much over the years. Prices increased, but nothing more than any other soul food restaurant. Just the name, what makes the place, and the ledgends that have been there. Newer places taste better, with more soul in the cooking process. Just honest for me

The Fried Chicken is delicious! The service is great, a lot of friendly elderly men & women working there! Felt like church family. My only wish is that the Mac & Cheese had flavor. It didn't taste like anything at all. I kept trying to find the flavor as I ate it but it tasted like absolutely nothing. I'd go back & try something different next time.

I have been searching for an old school meat and two sides restaurant. This place is it. Fried Catfish , turnip greens and mac and cheese were my choices. There were lots of other soul food favorites as well. I had a whole catfish that was fried crispy the way I like it. It is cafeteria style service and the staff is genuine and helpful. Everything is simple and easy . This is a no frills zone. The food is so good The Beautiful Place needs no frills.

A very nice atmosphere,place to eat. Staff is friendly, the food is definitely delicious, and we'll worth a visit . Absolutely beautiful restaurant is just that. Check it out if your in town hot ATL restaurant is representing yes indeed 😊melody

This staple Southern cuisine in Atlanta is still serving beautiful foods and fixings. I went with my Dad this past Sunday and was greeted to a 40 minute wait in line to get a plate. My Dad had the Beef Rib Dinner and got the Cornish Hen plate, along with two banana puddings! It was worth the wait in line. Collards could have been more tender and flavorful, but I can forgive that. My Dad's collard are always number 1 to me!
